As most SOLVEXINDIA products are manufactured and processed specifically for each order, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy except in circumstances expressly stated in this policy.

2. No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales are final upon successful delivery.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Colour variation due to screen settings
Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
Refusal to accept delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, descriptions, specifications, and size charts before placing an order.

3. Size Selection Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Please carefully review the size chart available on each product page before purchasing.

Orders placed with an incorrect size selected by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

SOLVEXINDIA shall not be responsible for sizing issues arising from incorrect size selection.

4. Size Exchange Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for:

Size exchange
Return
Refund

for sizing-related issues or change-of-mind requests.

Customers are strongly advised to verify the size chart before placing COD orders.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

All COD orders are considered final once delivered.

No return, refund, cancellation, or exchange shall be provided for delivered COD orders except in cases where:

Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product is delivered
Product is materially different from the item ordered

Valid proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Sale, Promotional & Discounted Orders

Products purchased during:

Sale events
Promotional campaigns
Discount offers
Clearance sales
Limited-time offers

are not eligible for return or refund.

Such orders may only qualify for replacement where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

7. Eligible Exceptions

Refunds, replacements, or other remedies may be provided in the following situations:

Product received is damaged during transit
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
Product significantly differs from its description
Order is lost in transit and cannot be delivered

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

Complete unboxing video

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. Delivery Issues

If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

SOLVEXINDIA will investigate the matter with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution based on the investigation findings.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by SOLVEXINDIA, it shall be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

Original payment method, or
Store credit, where mutually agreed

Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent, abusive, or invalid chargebacks may result in:

Account restrictions
Future order restrictions
Recovery proceedings where legally applicable
